Torn not responsive, slow, unregistered, few keys registering repeatedly

 Previously has this problem where Torn encountered:

1. VIA detects Torn in an exceptional slow manner
2. The computer is still able to detect Torn as keyboard
3. The keys are not responsive, and only register few keys repeatedly

 

richardt the author suspected it is the IC problem. 

Disable IC. 

Left now working good, will need to troubleshoot R7 and R8, also TRRS Socket. 

Ordered 3 pairs of TRRS socket just in case. 

Waiting item to be received. Pending to fix.
